The first line of defense is the building envelope which is one of the most valuable components of the structure.  Drone inspections should be scheduled at least once per year or after an extreme weather event such as hail, winter storms, hurricanes, tornadoes and severe storms. Drone inspections are invaluable prior to purchasing a building as well turn-over for new ground up projects to insure the owner is getting what he/she has paid for.

A thorough aerial inspection program of the roof, facade, building and site can reduce both the cost and risk over life of the building.  Deterioration that is identified early can be rectified right away at much lower cost than waiting too long. In some cases, waiting too long can result in large amounts of moisture infiltration causing damage to insulation, drywall and ceiling tiles. Even structural damage can occur along with developing mold.
